Aging, too much of workout o extended sessions of workout, improper diet, injury or diseases may cause your knees to pain. At some or the other time of life you may suffer from an injury or damage of the knee causing severe harm. Injured Ligament

Tear in any part of this meniscus causes great amount of pain in an individual affecting the locomotive function of the knee. In case of an injury or accident these sacs may get inflamed causing bursitis in your knee with severe pain. With your every tendon movement the pain will worsen leading making it difficult to do the slightest of the work.
